Vinyasa Yoga in the Greenhouse

Vinyasa Yoga in the Greenhouse

About Kim F.

Kim has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, finding a sanctuary within the practice first during her teens. For Kim it has been comforting to know that yoga is a practice that can be returned to throughout all seasons of life. Throughout decades of life, throughout motherhood, through loss & grief, in getting to know herself time & time again, and everything in between yoga is a home that can be returned to time & time again. It is a beautiful experience.

Since becoming a student of yoga in 2004 Kim completed her 200 hr YTT in 2020 under YogaNH. She briefly owned a yoga studio from 2020-2024 while navigating the early stages of motherhood, and has since taught at Hampshire Hills Athletic Club, which offers many varieties of yoga.

She is currently in training to receive certification in Pilates and Chair Yoga. She finds joy in teaching all styles of yoga asana, but at this stage in her life she particularly is drawn to Vinyasa and Restorative.

She is a mom of three sweet (and wild) children and they love enjoying time together visiting museums and parks. She loves spending quiet nights at home cooking & spending time around the fire at home with her fiancé, kids, dog, and cat!

  • Farm Etiquette

Please adhere to designated areas for picking and avoid restricted zones. Our flowers are harvested daily, so please note that there may be workers in the field during your event. You are welcome to walk the fields and take some photos during your event. We reserve the right to remove guests from the fields at our discretion. Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets on the farm.

  • About the Farm

We are a working farm with areas of uneven terrain as well as mud, dirt, and insects. Please dress accordingly. Some areas of the farm are wheelchair-accessible and we will do our best to enable guests with mobility restrictions to enjoy their time on the farm. There is a port-a-potty on the grounds, but no other facilities for washing or changing are currently available on our farm.

  • Event Cancellations & Rescheduling

We are unable to guarantee rescheduling or cancellations due to weather, although we will always do our best to accommodate our guests. Contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate an issue with your reserved event date. For public farm events, we will refund reservation fees in the unlikely event of a cancelation due to weather or unforseen circumstances.
