Join us Sunday mornings for Vinyasa on the farm! from 9 am to 10 am in our heated Greenhouse!

Join us in celebrating the beauty and transformation of autumn with an energizing Vinyasa flow followed by a guided meditation led by Lauren O'Neil. Set in our spacious, charming greenhouse overlooking a span of fall foliage the ever-changing floral field, you’ll connect with nature using all your senses. This class is designed to help you stay rooted and centered amidst the changing seasons, and you’ll be sure to leave feeling grounded and restored as we prepare for the colder months ahead. All ages and skill levels welcome.

About Lauren

Lauren is on a mission to help others feel mentally and physically strong, inspired, and confident on and off their mat. As a Yoga Teacher and Group Fitness Instructor, she is passionate about empowering students to find a balance between effort and ease, explore possibilities, push their limits, and start a path of self-discovery.

She is a certified Group Fitness Instructor by the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), a certified Yoga Instructor through Humble Warrior’s 200-hour YTT program, and HIIT certified through the American Sports and Fitness Association.

  • Farm Etiquette

    Please adhere to designated areas for picking and avoid restricted zones. Our flowers are harvested daily, so please note that there may be workers in the field during your event. You are welcome to walk the fields and take some photos during your event. We reserve the right to remove guests from the fields at our discretion. Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets on the farm.

  • About the Farm

    We are a working farm with areas of uneven terrain as well as mud, dirt, and insects. Please dress accordingly. Some areas of the farm are wheelchair-accessible and we will do our best to enable guests with mobility restrictions to enjoy their time on the farm. There is a port-a-potty on the grounds, but no other facilities for washing or changing are currently available on our farm.

  • Event Cancellations & Rescheduling

    We are unable to guarantee rescheduling or cancellations due to weather, although we will always do our best to accommodate our guests. Contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate an issue with your reserved event date. For public farm events, we will refund reservation fees in the unlikely event of a cancelation due to weather or unforseen circumstances.
